RESEARCH INTERESTS

The last decade has been marked by an incredible development of methodologies that allowed us to unveil fascinating concepts about transcriptome regulation at the single-cell scale, setting spatio-temporal transcriptome regulation at the forefront. We have never had better tools in our hands to precisely dissect genome regulation at the transcriptome level in various biological and disease contexts. To continue on this exciting journey, the research program of our lab is dedicated to discovering the principal molecular mechanisms and functional relevance of spatial regulation of the coding and non-coding transcriptome using state-of-the-art imaging, single-cell and biochemical technologies.
